  • TrainingMatrix™ Search and Catalog Tools - Search catalog for programs or vendor resources using our dynamic TrainingMatrix™ tools.
  • Search - Search catalog by keyword, progams, vendors or instructors
  • Course one pagers - customer will be able to view course one pages that follow a consistent template across all programs and vendors.
  • Download additional materials - customers are able to download additional course PowerPoint or PDF detailes descriptions or brochures.
  • Review - view reviews of courses or instructors
  • E-mail notifications - if courses/modules change or add open enrollment to a course, the customer can automatically be notified by the system via email.
  • Account management - customers can login and view submitted requests for training proposals and the status and details of the proposal.
  • Tell-a-coworker - When a customer is viewing a specific course detail page they have the ability to email a email a specific course and info to a collegue.
  • Related courses - course pages display what other courses customers have requested (like Amazon.com's people who viewed/requested this book also requested this book - but instead we are relating course/modules).
  • Newsletter - ability for customers to sign up for a eNewsletter.
  • Submit more info requests - ability to submit requests for more info/proposal on specific courses/module.
  • Assessments - ability to participate/purchase assessments (coming soon!)
  • Open Enrollment - Customer have the ability to explore and view a colleges open enrollment offerings that are provided in specific programs or links to individual courses.Links

College Administration functionality & features:

  • Add/Modify Resources and their Courses - College admininstrators will be able to copy and modify resource vendor courses into their custom branded learnpoints website. The Learnpoints Training Network maintains the latest version of resource courses module descriptions and downloadable brochures. For example, a college that is certified to lead DDI courses can reach into the Learnpoint Training Network and copy any or all of DDI's courses modules into their branded learnpoints website. Learnpoints maintains the latest course description for ease of maintenace for each college.
  • Customize Programs - Each college can customize their program categories and which courses are included in them to suit their needs.
  • Add and maintain local college branded courses - Each college can add and customized their own locally created courses into the site.
  • Click of the button course inclusion - With the click of a button, college administrators can include or exclude their course offerings.
  • Easy course creation wizard - College administrators can easily copy and paste course one pagers from any MS Word document. The learnpoints system will automatically convert it to HTML. No HTML knowledge is required for a college administrator.
  • Customization and branding - Each college can include specific information regarding their contract training department and college. These areas include About Us, Our Services, Open Enrollment and Explore the main college. This provides the ability to link directly into the main training institute and/or college website for the TrainingMatrix tool. Each site can easily be branded with the logos and color schemes of your college..
  • Reports - Reports included are most views course, more requested courses and customer reports.
  • Customer Request Management - The system provides the ability to setup a customer with a VIP login/password. The system also provide the college administrators with the ability to process requests. Admins can also view how many times customers have logged into the system and when the last date/time was that they logged in.
  • Ability to create specials or promotions - These would be highlighted in a special box on the welcome screen and on certain pages.
  • Ability to add course certified instructors - The system provides the ability to add instructor bios and then select which courses the instructor is certified to lead. The system does the rest with search and displaying related information to customers view the site.
